About Jennifer

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with many people from various walks of life. I believe that it is impossible to heal with open wounds, just like our bodies need healing, so do our souls. Therapy should be a catalyst for that healing. My therapy approach is honest, open, empathic, and safe. My experience includes work in hospitals, end of life settings, crisis, trauma, grief & loss, addiction, and general mental health and wellness.
