About Joseph

Based in San Diego, I work with people from all over California. After working in a variety of mental health settings, I wasn't sure teletherapy could deliver the same therapeutic experience, but right away my doubts were put to rest. My clients report feeling connected despite the fact we meet on-screen rather than in the same room, and if they feel good about it, I feel good about it. I work with an extremely diverse group of people, both in lived experience and lifestyle.
