I believe therapy is most effective when the participants feel deeply seen, understood, and safe. I strive to provide personally-tailored support and psycho-education to reach client goals efficiently and successfully. I use mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and empathic connection to help teens, adults and couples resolve emotional traumas, relationship conflicts, mood disturbances, and struggles related to AD/HD, OCD, and other neurological and behavioral conditions.
