I help people explore transcendence, wholeness, and transformation. I encourage patience and curiosity as we explore your relationships to yourself, other people, and your environment. Your immediate lived experience, as well as my own, informs my understanding of therapy and how we can collaborate to move towards wholeness. By focusing on your mind, body, and spirit I can avoid confining labels and reducing you to symptoms. I use He/Him pronouns.
