I have 18 years experience in the mental health field. As a licensed clinical social worker I see and show you the way many systems effect you and subsequently your mental health; systems such as racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, poverty, politics, and many others that we live in. I have worked with clients with depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety and trauma. As someone with lived experience I strive to eradicate mental health stigma in my part of the world.
