I feel honored to be a part of my client’s journeys to healing. My approach is laid back and down to earth. I bring a great deal of warmth and nurturance to my sessions with clients. I like to start where you are on your journey and not push yourself to be in a place you are not ready to be in. My goal is to make therapy feel like a safe place where you can be vulnerable and express your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged.
