About Ellen

Ellen Hess is a certified EMDR therapist serving Washington and Oregon state. They work with clients struggle with C-PTSD, PTSD or trauma related issues as well as most mental health struggles. Many of Ellen’s clients come in when anxiety, panic, depression sleep and relational struggles. Ellen is particularly passionate about serving childhood trauma and LGBTQ+ populations. Ellen Hess style is down to earth and direct with gentle humor.
