About Jessica

I work with people based on the belief that they are the expert of their own life. I do not view my job as telling you what to do, but help you quiet the noise that gets in the way of hearing your own voice. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Southwestern College and am currently pursuing my PhD in integrative mental health from Saybrook University. My specialties include life transitions, anxiety, depression, and healing through grief, trauma, and loss.
