About Jessica

In sessions with me, you will experience the empathy, support, encouragement, and the direction required to grow towards life filled with what matters most to you. Using evidence-based approaches, I work to bear witness to pain, support, educate, and collaborate with you as an expert in your own life. I love practicing mindfulness and teaching it to clients. I'm an LGBT+ affirming, kink and body positive therapist.
