About Leslye

I am trauma-informed and trained in EMDR therapy specifically created to help treat trauma in a more compassionate way and has proven to be more effective than traditional talk therapy for some people. Having been impacted by my own trauma, I decided to do EMDR with a trained therapist and it has forever changed my life. It saved my life. It can be scary to deal with the past but it can be even scarier to live feeling overwhelmed and tied up to it forever. Healing is possible.
