As a chronic illness warrior (spoonie), I completely understand what it feels like to sit on the other side of the couch (or, screen), and how important it is to chat with someone who 'gets it.' We will work together to create a safe space and find the root cause of your dis-ease, and invite wellness and joy. Our goal is is to move from chronic illness, to chronic wellness, and from an attitude and learned lifestyle of surviving, to thriving. I believe in your body's ability to heal.
