She/Her. I specialize in working with transitional-aged adults (18-26) however am also very comfortable with teens through midlife. I am trained in trauma therapy (EMDR) and the Gottman method of couples therapy. I work best with people struggling to manage difficult relationships and emotional reactivity. My work is focused on developing emotional intelligence, and I can provide strategies for managing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, substance abuse and parenting.
