About Taisha

I am a Biracial LMFT and for the past 9 years I have committed myself to helping individuals of all ages (3+) learn how to create healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on challenging negative core beliefs, developing secure attachment, learning affect regulation, and so much more. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I am also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
