We collect the following user information, in order to match users with qualified Mental Health Professionals: user zip code, insurance plan type, self-identified mental health concerns (such issues with depression or substance abuse), age, and gender.
In order to provide our Services to you and improve the Advekit experience, we may also collect non-personal information, such as mobile device IDs, internet protocol ("IP") addresses, web browser information, referring page URLs, and data related to your interactions with our Website.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information that we collect to provide our Services. Specifically, the information you provide is used to identify Mental Health Professionals with experience relevant to your needs, in your preferred geographic location. We store information for internal billing and analytic purposes and may share information with a third-party for those limited purposes. We do not share information with any other party.
