About Charlene

I am a licensed professional counselor, with a focus on mental health and substance use/addictions. I have a Masters degree in Marriage/ Family Therapy and Professional Counseling. My passion is helping people who struggle with anxiety/depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have worked with various populations for over 10 years and I want to help individuals deepen their self-awareness, change unhealthy patterns, and improve their relationships.
